摘要:

通过对中国政策法规和《电力发展"十三五"规划》的研究,对中国燃煤发电设计技术的未来发展走向进行分析,提出了洁净煤发电技术仍将是"十三五"燃煤发电机组技术发展的核心,同时应努力开展低碳燃煤发电技术的研发。结论是"十三五"期间更高参数超超临界燃煤发电技术、燃劣质煤"超低排放"改造技术、火电灵活性改造技术、节能改造技术、深度节水技术以及大型燃煤锅炉生物质混烧技术将有一定的发展空间,进而对相关技术研究重点提出了建议。

Abstract:

According to electric power development the 13th five-year plan and related national policies and legislations, we analyzed coal-fired power units' design technology trend in China in the future and concluded that the core of coal-fired power units' development would be clean coal power generation in the next five years and focusing on low carbon coal power generation research at the same time. During the 13th five-year plan, ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation with higher parameter, ultra-low emission reconstruction in fault coal-fired plants, flexibility and energy saving reconstruction, deep water conservation and biomass co-combustion in large coal-fired boilers have certain development space, and more suggestions are emphasized on technology research areas.
