Abstract:

Maintaining the normal operation of inlet filtration system is of great significance to ensure the operation efficiency of gas turbine unit. The maintenance economic benefit analysis model of gas turbine inlet filtration system was established, and the total maintenance cost was divided into three parts, i. e., initial cost, shutdown cost and performance degradation cost. Secondly, based on the model, the optimization methods of filter replacement and compressor washing maintenance cycle were proposed. Finally, the adjustment mode of maintenance strategy under the condition of abnormal degradation of inlet filtration system was explored. The results show that the economic benefits of gas turbine operation can be significantly improved by combining the degradation state evaluation of inlet filtration system and adjusting the maintenance cycle accordingly.
