Simulation Calculation and Influence Analysis of High Altitude Wind Speed in Different Directions of Tower Solar Energy Receiver

摘要:

吸热器作为塔式光热电站的核心设备,其安全高效运行对电站的可靠性与经济性有重要影响。吸热器安装于吸热塔顶部,外部环境气象因素尤其是风速特性直接关系着吸热器及聚光集热系统运行控制策略的制定。采用数值模拟的方法研究了高空塔式吸热器在不同方位的风速特性,得出了管屏表面风速大小随环境风速与风向变化的趋势,拟合了不同方位管屏风速计算关联式并详细约定了计算风向取值。研究结果对吸热器管屏热损失的精确计算、效率的准确评估以及吸热器的安全可靠运行具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

As the key equipment of the tower thermal power station, the safe and efficient operation of the receiver has an important impact on the reliability and economy of the power station. The receiver is installed on the top of the tower, and the environmental meteorological factors, especially the wind speed, are directly related to the operation control strategy of the receiver and the concentrating system. Based on this, this paper used numerical simulation method to study the wind speed characteristics of the high-altitude tower receiver in different directions. The trend of wind speed on the surface of the tube panel changing with the environmental wind speed and direction was obtained. In addition, the wind speed calculation correlation was fitted and the calculation wind direction was agreed in detail. This work has important guiding significance for the accurate calculation of heat loss, the accurate evaluation of efficiency and the safe and reliable operation of the receiver.
