Optimization of the SCD 3.0MW High-power Double-blades Wind Turbine Generator

摘要: 华冉风场使用的SCD 3.0MW大功率两叶片风力发电机,在投产后无法达到设计功率,并且发电机绕组温度偏高,夏季绕组温度影响机组出力或造成机组停机现象频发。为提高机组可靠性,增加机组出力。对SCD 3.0MW发电机进行优化。优化内容包括定子线圈及转子磁体、磁轭优化。优化后机组额定输出功率提升300-400kW,绕组温度稳定在80-90℃,达到预期效果,推动了大功率两叶片风机发展与成熟。

Abstract: The SCD 3.0MW high power double-blades wind-turbine generator(WTG)utilized in Huaran field,cannot meet the designed power on production, moreover,output was affected and frequent shutdown happened in summer for the high temperature of windings. In order to improve the reliability and increase WTG output,we optimized the SCD3.0MW generator,including stator winding optimization and rotator magnet,magnetic yoke optimization. It proves that the optimization has brought the expected results with rated output power increasing by300 to 400 KW and the temperature of windings standing at 80 to90℃,thereby pushes the development of high power double-blades wind-turbine generator.
