毕节地区风电集中接入变电站电压偏高成因及应对措施

摘要: 作为国家西电东送战略中的主要电力外送省份,贵州省近年来风力发电发展较快。贵州省风能资源最为丰富的毕节地区现状有两个风电集中接入的220kV变电站威宁站与赫章站,两站均存在220kV母线运行电压偏高的问题。结合两站实际情况与《风电场接入电力系统技术规定》等相关标准分析了两站220kV母线运行电压偏高的成因,并在此基础上兼顾两站远期的电网接线,结合两站的感性无功平衡分析结果,提出了在两站低压侧装设适量低压电抗器的应对措施。

Abstract: Recent years, as the main power export province in the national strategy of transmitting electricity from west to east, Guizhou province shows a rapid development in wind power. Presently, there are high voltage problems in two substations integrated with wind farms called Weining and Hezhang in Bjjie Area which ownes the richest wind power resourses in Guizhou province. This paper combined actual situation of the two substations and the relative standards such as Technical rule for connecting wind farm to power system to analyze the cause of high voltage problems, and on the basis of which gives considerations to the long term power grid connection and the Inductive reactive power balance results of the two substations, finally put forward the countermeasures of installing appropriate amount of low voltage reactors on the low voltage buses of the two substations.
