摘要:

微型燃气轮机发电机组的安全启动是机组正常运行的前提,整个启动过程包含电机启动、燃烧室点火、燃机升速、自持点切换至发电状态、燃机升速至额定转速、发电功率提升并网、额定工况状态等过程。以30kW微型燃气轮机发电机组为研究对象,从理论和实验2方面对微型燃气轮机发电机组的启动过程进行研究,分析微型燃气轮机的启动路径,制定机组启动方案并进行实验。结果表明:发电机组可以有多种启动路径;制定的启动方案能够满足微型燃气轮机启动过程,发电机组可以跨过自持状态并发电,并且转速越高,机组达到自持状态的透平入口温度越低。研究结果对微型燃气轮机发电机组安全启动具有指导意义。

Abstract:

The safe startup of micro gas turbine generator set (MGTGS) is the premise of normal operation. The whole startup process contains the motor startup, ignition, speed promotion, motor switching from self-sustaining state to generator, gas turbine acceleration to rated speed, power generation power increase and grid connection, and rated working condition. The 30kW MGTGS was taken as the research object, the startup process was studied both theoretically and experimentally. The startup path of micro gas turbine was analyzed, and the startup scheme was formulated, and then the experiment was conducted. The results show that the startup process of MGTGS can be successfully accomplished in multiple paths with the designed startup scheme. MGTGS can cross over the self-sustaining state and the electricity is generated. Meanwhile, a higher speed can lead to lower self-sustaining turbine inlet temperature (TIT). This whole work is instructive to the safe startup process of MGTGS.
