火电机组制粉系统抗干扰性能的研究

Study on Anti-interference Performance of Pulverizing System in Thermal Power Plant

摘要: AGC深度调峰过程中,火电机组制粉系统产生的磨煤机启动、停运或跳闸等扰动工况,直接导致主汽压、主汽温等主参数的剧烈变化,严重影响了AGC的调节品质。为解决此问题,提出了燃料量超驰控制和一次风压自动修正的双重抗干扰型的控制策略。并应用在某350MW超临界机组的AGC深度调峰制粉系统控制中,运行结果表明此控制策略既能稳定扰动工况下燃料量,又能保持磨煤机平均出力与一次风压的动态匹配关系,同时可有效地克服制粉系统的扰动,保障机组主参数的稳定性能和AGC的调节品质。

Abstract: Depth of AGC load process,the coal mill pulverizing system for thermal power unit startup and shutdown or tripping disturbance conditions,such as led directly to the main steam pressure and main steam temperature of the main parameters, such as severe changes, seriously affected the quality of AGC regulation. To solve this problem, this paper puts forward the fuel quantity to override control and a wind pressure automatic correction of double anti-interference control strategy. And apply in depth of AGC load of a 350 mw supercritical unit of the coal pulverizing system control,operation results show that the control strategy can not only steady disturbance conditions of fuel quantity,and can keep the average output of wind pressure with a mill dynamic matching relation,at the same time, which can effectively overcome the disturbance of the coal pulverizing system, ensure the steady performance of main parameter and the AGC control quality
