摘要: 论述了超临界电站锅炉喷氨优化过程,根据烟道内NOX浓度分布规律,有针对性的调整喷氨系统,从而降低了喷氨量,提高了SCR出口NOx分布均匀性,降低了氨逃逸浓度,减小了硫酸氢氨对空气预热器的腐蚀风险,并提高了脱硝效率。

Abstract: Discusses the optimization experiments for supercritical boilers,according to the distribution of NOX,we adjust ammonia system,reduce the amount of injecting ammonia,the distribution uniformity of NOX at SCR outlet is improved,ammonia escape concentration is reduced,the impact of ammonium hydrogen sulfate to the air preheater is reduced and denitrification efficiency is improved.
