考虑碳交易的火电机组参与电力市场容量分配优化模型研究

Research on Capacity Allocation Optimization Model of Thermal Power Unit Participating in Electricity Market Considering Carbon Trading

摘要:

目的 在“双碳”目标的推动下,清洁能源大规模并网导致电网对电量的需求下降,对电力的调节需求增加。在此背景下,传统火电机组需要积极参与调峰市场,并寻找新的获利点。为达到机组综合效益最大的目标,对增加碳市场和辅助服务市场后火电机组的容量分配建立优化模型。 方法 首先,针对火电机组参与各个电力市场的情况,分析了火电机组的运行特性;其次,综合考虑电能量、深度调峰和碳市场的成本和收益,绘制火电机组参与这3个市场的利润曲线,并提出容量优化配置方法;最后,以东北某火电机组为例,在电力市场情境下进行优化分析,以验证模型的有效性。 结果 该优化模型可以找出更优的现货市场和调峰市场容量分配,且由分配结果计算出的最大利润高于传统模型。 结论 该优化模型考虑了传统模型没有计算的成本和利润,使火电机组参与电力市场的收益计算更加全面准确,对火电机组在“双碳”背景下实现自身价值具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Objectives Driven by the “double carbon” goal, the large-scale integration of clean energy leads to a decrease in the demand for electricity in the power grid and an increase in the demand for electricity regulation. On this background, traditional thermal power units need to actively participate in the peak shaving market and find new profit points. In order to achieve the goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of the unit, an optimization model is established for the capacity allocation of thermal power units after increasing the carbon market and auxiliary service market. Methods Firstly, the operation characteristics of thermal power units are analyzed in view of the participation of thermal power units in various power markets. Secondly, considering the costs and benefits of electric energy, deep peak regulation and carbon market, the profit curve of thermal power units participating in these three markets is drew, and the method of optimal capacity allocation is proposed. Finally, taking a thermal power unit in Northeast China as an example, the optimization analysis is carried out in the context of the electricity market to verify the effectiveness of the model. Results The optimization model can find out a better capacity allocation of spot market and peak regulation market, and the maximum profit calculated by the allocation result is higher than that of the traditional model. Conclusions The optimization model considers the cost and profit that the traditional model does not calculate, which makes the calculation of the income of thermal power units participating in the electricity market more comprehensive and accurate. It is of great significance for thermal power units to realize their own value under the background of “double carbon”.
