区域共同市场绿色电力与绿色证书协同交易模式

摘要:

目的 为推动新疆电网绿色电力发展路线、促进电力市场向区域统一市场的平稳过渡,提出区域共同市场绿色电力与绿色证书协同交易模式。 方法 在电能交易中保留省级市场,各省电网公司组织本省电力交易并通过区域市场利用非合作博弈出售剩余电量或购买省外电量;在绿证交易中区域共同市场利用广义纳什博弈进行绿色电力环境价值的分配。 结果 算例对比验证表明,所提协同交易模式可平均降低送/受两端火电机组发电量38.33%,提高可再生能源消纳率83.2%。 结论 研究结果可为推动新疆电网绿色电力发展路线提供理论支撑。

Abstract:

Objectives To promote the green electricity development path of Xinjiang’s power grid and facilitate a smooth transition of the electricity market towards a unified regional market, this study proposes a coordinated trading mode for green electricity and green certificates in a regional common market. Methods In electricity trading, the provincial markets are retained, where provincial grid companies organize electricity trading and use a non-cooperative game in the regional market to sell surplus electricity or purchase electricity from other provinces. In green certificate trading, the regional common market employs generalized Nash bargaining game to allocate the environmental value of green electricity. Results Case comparison and validation show that the proposed coordinated trading mode can reduce thermal power generation at both sending and receiving ends by an average of 38.33% and increase the renewable energy consumption rate by 83.2%. Conclusions The findings provide theoretical support for advancing the green electricity development path of Xinjiang’s power grid.
