Abstract: At present, the domestic ultra-supercritical thermal power unit AGC mode are widespread the problem of insufficient electricity load response rate, the main reason is that the poor quality of coordinated control system of main steam pressure control. Due to the main steam pressure control of multivariable coupling factors are variables how to eliminate the mutual coupling effect becomes the core technology to improve quality of main steam pressure control. The author through the theoretical analysis, a new coordinated control strategy is proposed to load change public instruction in decomposition of coordinated control system, to form multiple independent subsystems variable load feedforward quantity, and design a set of intelligent fuel overshoot logic, successfully achieve decoupling. The control strategy is applied to the CLP vote for anhui pingwei three periods of 2×1050MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit, and achieved good application effect, practice shows that this strategy can improve the quality of main steam pressure control, electric load response rate can be improved.
