Fatigue Reliability Analysis of Connecting Rod Based on Goodness of Fit Test

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the common distribution scope,on the basis of the fatigue life of connecting rod using the maximum likelihood method fitting distribution parameters,through the K-S hypothesis test,we test was carried out on the parameter model and correlation analysis,obtained the suitable for reliability analysis of general distribution model of connecting rod fatigue life. In the model,on the basis of analyzing the reliability of connecting rod life expectancy and life expectancy,reliability,it is concluded that the type of B10 life of connecting rod. The establishment of a connecting rod fatigue reliability analysis of the process and method,assessed the reliability of connecting rod life,use of the reliability of the connecting rod is of great significance.
