燃煤发电行业低碳发展路径研究

摘要:

“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的落实将对燃煤发电行业产生深刻影响,将重构发电行业产业结构。针对燃煤发电行业要实现双碳目标所面临的问题和挑战,提出不要“一刀切”地限制煤电发展,建议以最终碳排放量结果考核的方式倒逼燃煤发电行业转型。煤电行业通过提升现有机组能效水平、大力发展高效超低排放的高参数发电机组替代中小型燃煤机组、积极推广应用低碳技术、开展碳中和多联产、提升煤电机组的灵活调峰能力、加强与可再生能源的耦合发展等低碳发展路径,努力实现系统单元的碳中和,为煤电行业发展争取更多生存空间。

Abstract:

The goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" will have a profound impact on the coal-fired power industry, and reconstruct the industrial structure of the power industry. In view of the problems and challenges faced by the coal-fired power industry to achieve the dual-carbon target, it proposed to force the coal-fired power industry to transform through the final assessment results of carbon emission rather than impose a severe restriction on the development of coal-fired power industry. The coal-fired power industry will strive for more living space through low-carbon development paths, such as improving the energy efficiency of existing units, vigorously developing high-parameter generating units with high efficiency and ultra-low emission to replace small and medium-sized coal-fired units, actively promoting the application of low-carbon technologies, carrying out carbon neutralization and multi-generation, improving the flexible peak ability of coal-fired units, and strengthening the coupling development with renewable energy.
