火电厂废水“零排放”全流程处理中试试验系统设计与构建

摘要:

火电厂废水“零排放”处理系统运行效果影响因素较多,系统运行成本较高,限制了系统的运行稳定性和经济性。在研究多个火电厂废水“零排放”系统运行案例的基础上对废水“零排放”全流程处理系统进行优化设计,将预处理系统、浓缩减量系统和“零排放”系统的设计和运行统筹考虑,构建了废水“零排放”全流程处理的中试试验系统。利用构建的中试试验系统平台,可以开展循环水排污水、脱硫废水等火电厂废水处理的中试试验,并依据中试试验结果优化废水处理系统设计和运行参数,有效提升废水处理系统的运行稳定性、降低废水处理药剂成本和能耗,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

The operation effect of the "zero liquid discharge" wastewater treatment system in the thermal power plant is affected by many factors. The system operation cost is relatively high, which limits the system's operation stability and economy. Based on the study of several cases of thermal power plant wastewater "zero liquid discharge" system operation, the entire process treatment system was optimized. The design and operation of the pretreatment system, the concentration reduction system, and the "zero liquid discharge" system were considered and optimized. It has broad application prospects to improve the operational stability of wastewater treatment systems and reduce the cost and energy consumption of wastewater treatment chemicals.
