中速磨煤机制粉系统优化技术研究及应用

摘要:

为了满足发电机组对制粉系统越来越高的要求,对制粉系统进行优化改造是十分必要的。通过对中速磨煤机和煤粉管道的详细分析和研究,找到症结所在并提出了磨煤机优化措施和煤粉管道动态调平方法。磨煤机优化研究引入磨内流场的理念,通过对磨内结构的改进,最终实现对磨内流场的整体优化,使中速磨煤机的性能得到全面本质性提升。管道动态调平是在实现风粉磨内均化的前提下,采用压差法实时对管道之间风粉流量偏差进行测量,根据测量结果,利用管道上的阻力调节装置,实时调平管道之间的阻力,实现管道之间一次风流量均衡控制,最终实现制粉系统风粉均衡控制。该技术能有效提高制粉系统对煤种适应能力,并实现风粉动态均衡控制。

Abstract:

It is necessary to optimize the pulverizing system to meet the higher and higher requirements of the power generation unit for the pulverizing system. Through the detailed analysis and research of medium speed pulverizer and pulverized coal pipelines, the crux was found and the optimization measures of pulverizer and dynamic leveling method of pulverized coal pipelines were put forward. The concept of flow field in the mill was introduced into the study of pulverizer optimization, through the improvement of the internal structure of the mill, the overall optimization of the internal flow field of the mill was finally realized, so that the performance of pulverizer was comprehensively and substantially improved. The dynamic leveling of pipeline is to measure the flow deviation of air-powder between pipelines in real time by the pressure difference method under the premise of realizing air-powder homogenization in mill, and according to the measurement results to level the resistance between pipelines in real time by the resistance adjustment device on the pipelines, so as to realize the primary air flow equalizing control between pipelines, and finally realize the air-powder equalizing control of the pulverizing system. The technology can effectively improve the adaptability of the pulverizing system to the coal type and realize the dynamic equalizing control of the air-powder.
