燃煤机组超低排放改造对机组能耗增加的影响分析及节能优化措施探讨

摘要: 超低排放改造在降低污染物排放的同时,也增加了机组能耗。基于此现象,通过选取不同地区、不同机组容量等级的燃煤机组作为研究对象,从设备增加电耗和阻力增加电耗等角度,对不同改造项目、不同改造方案下能耗情况进行了分析研究,并针对性提出了节能优化措施,为下一阶段机组整体能效提升工作提供了解决思路。

Abstract: Ultra Low Emission Retrofit reduces pollutant emissions,meanwhile the unit's energy consumption is increased. Through choosing coal-fired units in different areas and different capacity levels and focusing on energy consumption caused by devices and resistance,energy consumption of different retrofit projects and scheme was analyzed and studied. Energy saving and optimization measures were put forward, in order to provide solutions to the unit's overall energy efficiency improvement work on the next stage.
