夏热冬冷地区外循环式DSF建筑能耗研究

Research on Energy Consumption of Double-skin Fa ade Building in Summer Hot and Winter Cold Areas

摘要: 针对夏热冬冷地区常用的外循环式双层皮玻璃幕墙(DSF),采用EnergyPlus软件建立了DSF的模型,介绍了建模方法以及在EnergyPlus软件中参数的设置,并介绍了通风腔内的气流特性,确定了通风腔中形成自然对流的流速,对模型进行校核,然后对比DSF与单层玻璃幕墙全年的空调能耗和采暖能耗,分析了南向和西向内玻发射率对全年的空调能耗和采暖能耗的影响,最后对于不同遮阳策略,分析了基于室外温度指标和太阳辐射指标两种遮阳控制策略对能耗的影响。

Abstract: In a 200 MW unit in the process of operation, abnormal vibration generator shaft with big load phase increases, generator hydrogen purity low failure.Through comparing the change of the generator bearing vibration track,develop the test plan and implement, on the basis of analysis and test data,for large generator bearing vibration fault diagnosis.Diagnostic results show that the reason for the generator rotor of the generator bearing vibration high hot bending load,lead to seal the reasons for the low hydrogen purity for vibration and shaft neck damage,hydrogen seal oil pollution.According to diagnosis,combining with the actual operation,at 7 watts slip ring and counter weight,on-site high speed dynamic balance,at the same time to repair of 6 wazhou neck,replace the seal 6,7 watts.Dynamic balance and repair results show that the generator bearing vibration has been effectively reduced,the hydrogen purity returned to normal.
