燃煤电厂脱硫石膏品质影响因素及改进措施

Influence Factors and Improvement Approach on the Quality of FGD Gypsum in Coal fired Power Plant

摘要: 东方电厂脱硫石膏在投产一年时间内多次出现石膏品质不合格现象;通过分析,发现主要影响因素为运行工况偏离脱硫系统的设计值、入炉煤的配烧受限、电除尘效率低和石膏旋流器的旋流子出力不足。因而,提出了入口烟气控制、脱硫系统运行控制、加强环保实验室分析工作等改进措施。

关键词: 石膏品质, 原因分析, 设备改造, 运行控制

Abstract: Dongfang power plant came across many unqualified cases in the year of producing FGD gypsum. By analyzing the cause of unqualified gypsum in Dongfang power plant,it is found out that the main influencing factors of the quality include the operating conditions deviating from the design parameter of desulfurization system, the limited mixed burning of coal, the low efficiency of ESP and the insufficient output of gypsum cyclone separator. Therefore, this paper puts forward three improvement approaches:by controlling the entrance flue gas, by controlling the operational parameters of desulfurization system, and by strengthening the analysis work in environmental laboratory.
