Abstract: [Objectives] Based on the resource endowment and regional advantages of Xinjiang, in order to promote the green power development route of Xinjiang power grid and promote the smooth transition of the power market to the regional unified market, the collaborative trading mode of green power and green certificates in the regional common market is studied. [Methods] The provincial market is retained in the electricity transaction, and the provincial power grid companies organize the provincial electricity transaction and sell the surplus electricity or purchase the electricity from outside the province through the non-cooperative game in the regional market; In the green certificate transaction, the regional [1]common market uses the generalized Nash game to allocate the environmental value of green electricity. [Results] The comparative verification of calculation examples shows that the proposed collaborative trading model can reduce the power generation of thermal power units at both ends of the transmission/reception by an average of 38.33%, and increase the consumption rate of renewable energy by 83.2%. [Conclusions] This provides theoretical support for promoting the development of green electricity in Xinjiang's power grid and facilitating a smooth transition from the electricity market to a regional unified market.
