Research and Design on Intensive Power Exchange Facility of Electric Vehicles

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of electric vehicles power exchange station such as long construction period, low-efficiency and potential safety hazard etc., this paper proposed a design mentality and scheme of intensive power exchange facility. By reasonably transforming of container and integration of battery buffer, auto pick-and-place, charge control and safety protection systems, the intensive power exchange facility is constituted with automatization of battery pick-and-place, equalizing charge and auto protection function. The function and design scheme of every systems was demonstrated detailly. The practice proves that this facility can improve land utilization, reduce the building costs, improve power battery exchange efficiency and service quality, achieve design objective and possess high market potential.
