Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduces the design idea and control strategy of frequency conversion mode automatically switch frequency of primary air fan of the boiler in CFB unit. Through the analysis of the original control strategy of primary air fan of the boiler and the field test data, the sequential control logic and control parameters of the primary fan are optimized. The experimental results show that the optimized control strategy meets the requirements of the safe operation of primary air fan of the boiler and improves the reliability of the operation of the unit.
