某200MW循环流化床锅炉NOx排放试验研究

Experimental Study on NOx Emission of One 200MW CFB Boiler

摘要: 针对某200MW循环流化床锅炉存在的床温偏高以及NOx排放浓度较大的问题,对该锅炉进行试验研究:分别从流化风量、运行氧量、上下二次风配比以及床压等手段进行调整分析。试验结果表明:随着流化风量提高,床温以及NOx排放均有明显上升;随着运行氧量提高,床温下降明显,NOx排放也有明显上升趋势;适当降低床层压力,关小下层二次风门开度,可有效降低床温,抑制NOx生成。通过多种燃烧调整手段,实现660t/h、610t/h、480t/h等三个热负荷下NOx排放浓度均可控制在240mg/m3以下。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high bed temper-ature and large concentration of NOx emission in a 200MW circulating fluidized bed boiler,the boiler is studied in this paper:the experimental analysis is carried out re-spectively from adjustment of fluidizing air volume, running oxygen rate, ratio of up and down secondary air and bed pressure.The experimental results show that with the in-crease of fluidizing air, the bed temperature and NOx emis-sion increased significantly;With the increase of running oxy-gen,bed temperature decreased significantly, NOx emissions increased significantly;Properly reducing the bed pressure and closing the opening of the lower secondary air register can effectively reduce the bed temperature and inhibit the formation of NOx.Through a variety of combustion adjust-ment means, the NOx emission concentration under three loads can be controlled below 240mg/m3.
