摘要:

分布式能源接入与储能配置作为有源配电网设计中的关键环节,研究其设计方法对支撑有源配电网科学发展具有十分重要的意义。在充分研究和论证的基础上,首先确定了有源配电网方案设计的内容以及有源配电网整体设计的技术原则,对方案设计起到了宏观指导作用。此外,对有源配电网内部分布式电源及储能系统的容量配置进行了深入研究,提出了分布式电源接入与储能容量优化配置的一般方法,为有源配电网方案设计提供了技术支撑。最后,结合实际工程案例验证了方法的合理性,供设计人员参考。

Abstract:

Distributed energy access and energy storage configuration are the key links in the design of active distribution network. It is of great significance to study the design method for supporting the scientific development of active distribution network. On the basis of full research and demonstration, the content of active distribution network scheme design, and the technical principles of the overall design of active distribution network were determined firstly, which played a macro guiding role in the scheme design. In addition, an in-depth study of the capacity configuration of distributed power sources and energy storage systems in the active distribution network was carried out, and a general method of distributed power access and energy storage capacity optimization configuration was proposed, which provided technical support for the design of active distribution network scheme. Finally, combined with practical engineering cases, the rationality of the method was verified for reference by designers.
