燃气轮机带阀片引射混合器内流特性分析

摘要:

引射混合器对燃气轮机的降温降噪具有决定性作用,与传统的引射混合器相比,带有阀片结构的引射混合器性能较好。为了充分探究其内流特性,进而为优化设计提供依据,在有无阀片的引射混合器构型下,基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟,对比分析了其引射比、出口平均温度、出口最高温度、出口平均速度等表征引射性能的参数;针对带有阀片的引射混合器,分析了不同阀片开度下的引射性能。结果表明:带有阀片结构的引射混合器的混合性能显著提高,在阀片开度为45°时,其引射性能最佳。

Abstract:

The ejector mixer plays a decisive role in the cooling and noise reduction of gas turbine. Compared with the traditional ejector mixer, the ejector mixer with valve plate structure has better performance. In order to fully explore its internal flow characteristics and provide a basis for optimal design, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation was used to study the ejector configuration with or without valve plate. The ejector performance parameters such as ejector ratio, average outlet temperature, maximum temperature and average outlet velocity were compared and analyzed. The ejector performance with different valve openings was analyzed for the ejector mixer with valve plates. The results show that the mixing performance of the ejector mixer with valve plate structure is significantly improved. The ejection performance is the best when the valve opening is 45°.
