某330MW机组循环水泵优化及应用研究

摘要: 为解决循环水泵的运行效率偏低的问题,通过CFD计算软件,对循环水泵叶片的压力场及速度场进行计算分析,提出了循环水泵的改造方案,并对该方案在国内某330MW机组的运行情况进行了分析,得出以下结论:该方案可有效改善叶片的压力场和速度场分布情况,可有效提高循环水泵效率,降低水泵电耗;该方案实施后,水泵电耗每年减少36.63万kW·h,节电效益达17.58万元/a。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of circulating water pump during the operation, by means of the CFD software, this article analyses the pressure and velocity distribution of the blade of the pump, proposes a reconstruction scheme of the pump, and studies the operation situation of the scheme in a 330 MW unit. The result shows that the scheme can effectively improve the pressure and velocity distribution of the blade,increase the efficiency of the pump,reduce the power consumption. The power consumption of the pump depressed 0.3663 million kW·h, while the benefit is about 0.1758 million yuan each year ofer the programnce was implemented.
