某电厂省煤器管失效机理分析

摘要: 为了分析上级省煤器管泄露的失效机理,对该管子进行金相组织、力学性能、断口形貌及能谱成分分析。分析结果表明高速的粉煤灰气流对省煤器管壁的冲蚀作用是导致上级省煤器管频繁泄漏的最主要原因。

Abstract: In order to analyze the failure mechanism of the leakage of the the first economizer tube, the metallurgical structure,mechanical properties, fracture morphology and Energy Dispersion Spectrum(EDS) composition analysis of the tube were examined. The results show that the erosion of the economizer tube wall by high speed fly ash is the main cause of the frequent leakage of the first economizer tube.
