燃煤电厂储煤自燃倾向特性试验研究

摘要: 为了解燃煤电厂煤炭的自燃倾向特性,通过试验研究了3种褐煤、3种烟煤、3种无烟煤的氧化温升特性,试验结果表明:褐煤氧化温升速率最快,烟煤次之,无烟煤最慢。并现场开展了褐煤存储试验研究,发现随着堆放时间的增加,煤堆温度前期升温较快,后期升温缓慢,干基高位热值呈线性减小趋势。

Abstract: For coal-fired power plant of coal spontaneous combustion tendency and features,Through the experimental study,three kinds of lignite,three kinds of bituminous coal,three kinds of anthracite have selected to research the coal heating rate characteristics for temperature oxidation,the field experimental results showed that lignite has the largest temperature oxidation heating rate,while anthracite has minimal. And the scene to carry out the study of coal storage test, the experimental results also showed that with the increase of laboratory lignite storage time,the coal average particle size decreases for the decreasing of large particles and increasing of small particles. The coal temperature early warming faster,late rising slowly,coal calorific value decreased.
