Analysis of Different Reconstruction Technology for Heating Supply with High Back Pressure of 135MW Grade Steam Turbine

Abstract: There are nine 135MW grade pure condens-ing units and extraction-condensing units with high back pressure heating in the Shandong regional power grid.There are four types of retrofit schemes.In this paper, the characteristics and modification of four kinds of retrofit schemes listed.Through thermal performance test, the eco-nomic indexes after reformed are obtained and analyzed.For the unit reconstructed its LP cylinder current,its modi-fied LP cylinder efficiency is the highest.Because of influ-ence of heat load,circulating water flow and retrofit schemes,four units can not operate without extraction flow during heating period, resulting in lower power capability and higher heat consumption rate.
