楼宇型燃气分布式能源系统SCR脱硝应用研究

摘要:

能源与环境的矛盾不断深化,能源行业正从传统能源向清洁能源方向转变,因此高效低碳的燃气分布式能源(natural gas distributed energy,NGDE)将受到越来越多的重视;但是随着国家环保要求不断提高,以内燃机为主的楼宇型NGDE项目的脱硝改造势在必行。以某楼宇型NGDE项目为研究对象,分析研究选择性催化还原法(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝工艺在分布式能源项目应用的可能性;最后项目在小型MW级的NGDE系统得到成功应用,脱硝效率达到95%以上,NOx的排放值为25.4 mg/m3,烟气脱硝指标达到北京市固定式内燃机大气污染物排放标准,脱硝效果良好,为分布式能源项目脱硝提供了全新的解决方案。

Abstract:

With the deepening contradiction between energy and environment, the energy industry is transforming from traditional energy to clean energy. Therefore, more and more attention will be paid to high efficiency and low carbon natural gas distributed energy (NGDE). However the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements will strongly promote the large-scale application flue gas denitriation in project. In this paper, the application possibility of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitriation is analyzed and studied, taking a building-type project in NGDE as the research object. Finally, the project has been successfully applied in a small MW NGDE system, and the efficiency of denitriation is over 95%, and the emission value of NOx is 25.4 mg/m3, which meets the emission standard in Beijing. It provides a new solution for denitriation of NGDE projects.
