区域供能管网散热损失计算方法及分析

摘要: 对管网散热损失的计算方法、关键参数的选择和数据来源进行详细介绍;根据全年的气象参数和全年负荷预测结果,结合上海某项目的实际情况,对项目设计状态和全年的散热损失进行计算,其结果表明:供冷管网在设计工况下的散热损失占冷量的比例为0.2%左右,全年散热损失占供冷量的比例为0.8%左右,且供冷管网散热损失所占比例较小,且远小于供热管网的散热损失。

Abstract: The calculation method of the heating loss of piping network, the selection of the key parameters and the data source are introduced in detail in this paper. According to the annual meteorological data and the annual load prediction,combined with the actual situation of a project in Shanghai,the design condition and the annual heating loss are calculated, the results show that:the heating loss of cooling pipe network in design condition is about 0.2% of cooling capacity;the annual cooling loss accounted for about 0.8% of the cooling capacity;and the proportion of heating loss of the cooling pipe network is small,and much smaller than the heating loss of the heating pipe network.
