弃风条件下考虑机群电价差异的风电场控制策略

Wind Power Control Strategy Under Wind Abandon Condition Considering Difference of Electricity Price

摘要:

基于风电存在弃风限电以及不同电价的情况,提出一种最大化风电场收益的控制策略。在风电场自动发电控制系统和不同机群能量管理系统之间搭建一套协调控制系统。该协调控制系统基于不同机群的上网电价,考虑机群最大发电能力,将发电指标合理分配给不同机群,在保证机组运行可靠、安全的前提下让电价高的机组优先发电,让电价低的机组满足最小运行负荷,从而实现收益最大化。通过计算不同机群的理论功率,最终得出实际提升的收益。

Abstract:

A control strategy for maximizing wind farm revenue under wind abandon conditions was proposed based on abandoned wind and different electricity price. A set of coordinated control system was set up between wind farm automatic generation control (AGC) system and energy management platform (EMS) of different wind turbine group. The coordination control system is based on different electricity price considering the maximum generating capacity of the wind turbine and distributes rationally active power. The wind turbine with high electricity price will be given priority for generating electricity on the premise of ensuring the reliability and safety and maximizes revenue. Improved benefit is finally obtained through the calculation of the theoretical power of different clusters, .
