风水协同运行控制信息的传输

摘要:

为响应全球能源互联网战略,保障大规模风电接入下风水协同安全稳定运行,研究风电水电协同运行(wind power and hydropower coordinated operation,WHCO)对信息通讯技术的需求。结合电网信息通信技术发展现状,提出WHCO信息通信保护专网(information and communication protection network,ICPN),搭建ICPN的功能架构,并提出了关键技术。在WHCO调度系统中建立具体的WHCO-ICPN系统,介绍了系统的信息共享、信息通信时延以及安全防御功能。该系统为WHCO的实现提供了测量与控制信息实时传输通道,具有较大的工程应用价值。

Abstract:

In response to the Global Energy Internet strategy, protecting the security of coordinated hydro and wind power generation, the demands of wind power and hydropower coordinated operation (WHCO) for information and communication technology was analysed. Combined with the development of power grid information technology, the WHCO-information and communication protection network (ICPN) was proposed. The overall functional architecture of information and communication protection network is built. The key technologies were presented. Finally, a specific WHCO-ICPN system was built in the coordinated hydro and wind power generation scheduling system. The information sharing, information communication delay and security defence function of the system were introduced. The system provides a solid technical support for the Global Energy Internet strategy needs and has great engineering value in practice.
