有源配网后评价指标体系及其综合评价方法

摘要:

配网项目后评价通过对项目的全面总结评价,可以起到总结经验、吸取教训、提高配电网项目建设质量及配电项目决策水平的作用。在分布式电源大量接入配网,配电网结构、运行控制等均发生了变化的背景下,为了达到提高配电网项目建设质量及配电项目决策水平的目的,对传统配网评估指标体系进行了优化,新增或修正了相应评估指标,建立了适合有源配电网工程后评价的指标体系,并给出与之相适应的模糊综合评价方法。最后通过算例验证了该指标体系及评价方法的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:

Post-evaluation of distribution network project can be used to sum up experience, learn lessons and improve the decision-making level through the comprehensive evaluation of the whole project. With a large number of distributed power sources accessing the distribution network in recent years, the structure and operation control of the distribution network have changed. In order to improve the construction quality of distribution network project and the decision-making level of distribution project, the traditional distribution network evaluation index system was optimized, corresponding evaluation indexes were added or modified, an index system suitable for the post-evaluation of active distribution network project was established. The corresponding fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the index system and evaluation method were verified by an example.
