摘要:

城市配电网组网模式及变电站配置的选择关系到电网的组织架构及建设投资规模,如何兼顾可靠性、经济性,合理选择组网模式、变电站主接线模式及变电站容量是供电企业面临的主要问题。选取国外4座发达城市电网及国内8座主要城市电网,分析其电网现状、电压序列、电网结构、变电站配置及建设理念,重点对国内外供电可靠性水平、组网模式及变电站配置进行对比分析,总结可借鉴的相关经验,为我国城市配电网建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The selection of urban distribution network structure mode and substation configuration can affect the organizational structure and construction investment scale of the power grid. How to reasonably choose the network structure mode, substation main wiring mode and substation capacity with consideration of reliability and economy is the main problem faced by power supply enterprises. In this paper, four developed urban power grids abroad and eight major urban power grids in China are selected to analyze their power grid status, voltage series, grid structure, substation configuration and construction concepts. Reference is provided for urban distribution network construction in China.
