Abstract:Coal combined sample equipment has been widely used in coal,coal-fired power plants and other fields, and its performance deviation may lead to coal trade disputes, which affect the safety and economy of boiler combustion. The paper describes the inspection of combined coal preparation equipment with performance deviation, and iuugrates the process of static and dynamic examination of equipment inspection. By adjusting the equipment, the defects of key parts of the equipment were eliminated, particle size and the reduction ratio of technical parameters were redfined. According to the performance test of relevant technical standards, the equipment performance was evaluated through auuracy, system bias and supplemental tests. Vol. 38, Issue 6, Pages: 10-13(2017) DOI: 10.3969/J.ISSN.2095-3429.2017.06.003
Abstract:Dongfang power plant came across many unqualified cases in the year of producing FGD gypsum. By analyzing the cause of unqualified gypsum in Dongfang power plant,it is found out that the main influencing factors of the quality include the operating conditions deviating from the design parameter of desulfurization system, the limited mixed burning of coal, the low efficiency of ESP and the insufficient output of gypsum cyclone separator. Therefore, this paper puts forward three improvement approaches:by controlling the entrance flue gas, by controlling the operational parameters of desulfurization system, and by strengthening the analysis work in environmental laboratory.

Abstract:As the name implies, the optimization of cutout speed is to maximize the wind speed of gentrator sets and enhance utlization ratio of wind energy & draught fan. Through the combination of optimized software and hardware, we have reduced power and adjusted add resistance algorithm between the former and the new cut-out speed to inarease power output without destorying generator sets. After ewploying the optiwized generator sets, it yielded considerable benefits. For example, the power output in 50 MW wind power plant will increase by 6.65% in theory while the actual increment in power output is 11.546 million k Wh.Besides, it enhanced 233.3 standard hours.

  • Transformer Fault Diagnosis Based on Adaptive Immune Algorithm

XING Tao, LI Zhijun, CAO Lingyan, DING Lihua
    Vol. 38, Issue 6, Pages: 42-45(2017) DOI: 10.3969/J.ISSN.2095-3429.2017.06.010
Abstract:Transformer oil Dissolved Gas Analysis in the DGA(Dissolved Gas Analysis) is an important method for transformer fault diagnosis. According to the characteristics of transformer faults, an adaptive immune genetic algorithm is proposed for on-line fault diagnosis. The algorithm combines the traditional immune algorithm with the constraint independent component analysis c ICA, and takes the prior information of the object as a constraint condition, so that the new algorithm only converges to the fault signal of interest, faster and more efficient classification. Promote the number of antibody populations and update probability to make the antibody library more effective. The algorithm is applied to DGA power transformer data analysis, and the transformer fault on-line diagnosis is realized. Experimental data shows that this algorithm can effectively identify the samples and improve the pertinence and effect of fault diagnosis.

    LI Ze, YU Kuang
    Vol. 38, Issue 6, Pages: 50-52(2017) DOI: 10.3969/J.ISSN.2095-3429.2017.06.012
Abstract:Through the macroscopic examination, metallographic examination, tensile test, the causes of the T23 tube burst of final superheater of a power plant are analyzed. The analysis results show that the burst of the tube is characterized by long overheating and material compliance with the standard requirements, but the metallurgical structure is seriously aging. The tensile strength of the tube section near the burst is obviously lower than that of the ASME standard. To sum up, the final superheater tube is running over temperature for a long time, resulting in its accelerated creep speed, dilated tube diameter and aging, resulting in creep holes, creep microcracks, and gradual expansion of micro cracks, leading to fracture of the whole tube.

Abstract:For a 350 MW subcritical Turbo-generator Unit, the vibration of the HP-IP rotor, LP rotor and generator rotor at the critical, 3000 r/min and load conditions is too large. By analyzing the vibration test of these conditions, the result that the vibration of the main reason is the existence of mass and thermal imbalance is proposed. According to the vibration value, operating parameters, shaft center, and rotor structure and bearing support, the method of high-speed dynamic balancing is used to decrease the vibration. The balancing masses at six locations in the HPIP rotor, LP rotor and the LP-generator coupling are added at same time, and the vibration frequency values are less than 100μm in all conditions one-time.
