摘要: 大型火电机组凝汽器改造前存在传热特性差现象,严重影响机组的经济性,采用仿生双连树型布管方式对凝汽器进行改造,并进行改造后性能鉴定试验。结果表明:该布管方式是可行的,在设计循环水温度、流量、凝汽器热负荷相同的条件下,改造后的凝汽器真空能达到设计值。

Abstract: Before the retrofit of the condenser of large thermal power plant,there is a phenomenon of poor heat transfer characteristics, which seriously affects the economic performance of the unit, In this paper,the structure of the condenser is modified with a bionic double connecting pipe,and the performance evaluation test is carried out after the retrofit. The result shows that the retrofit plan is feasible,and the design of the condenser vacuum can reach the design value under the condition that the circulating water temperature,flow rate and condenser heat load are the same
