凝汽器在线机器人清洗技术应用的性能试验研究

摘要: 通过加装在线清洗机器人代替原先使用的胶球清洗系统,实现了凝汽器冷却管在线逐根清洗。试验证明了使用在线机器人清洗技术,提高了凝汽器的清洁度,降低了汽轮机背压,最终达到降低供电煤耗的目的,并对机组经济运行提供参考。

Abstract: Through the installation of online cleaning robot instead of the original use of rubber ball cleaning system,the on-line cleaning of condenser cooling pipe is realized. Experiments have proved that on line cleaning technology, improved the cleanliness of condenser,turbine back pressure reduced,finally achieve the purpose of reducing coal consumption. And provide some reference for the economic operation of the unit.
