动态分离器在某电厂机组改造中的应用分析

摘要: 某电厂#2机组系300MW亚临界机组,锅炉采用单炉膛四角切圆燃烧方式,配仓储制钢球磨制粉系统,大修期间对A/B/C三台磨对应的粗粉分离器进行了改造,将原有的双轴向粗粉分离器改为动态分离器。改造之后,粉煤的细度以及均匀性得到了较大改善,有利于煤粉的着火与燃烧。

Abstract: NO.2 unit of one power plant is a 300 MW subcritical unit.The boiler adopts the single-furnace、tangential circle combustion method and the storage steel mill system. During the overhaul period, the coarse powder separators corresponding to the A/B/C mills have been reconstructed.changed from The original dual-axis coarse powder separator to dynamic separator. After the transformation,the fineness and uniformity of pulverized coal have been greatly improved,which is beneficial to the ignition and combustion of pulverized coal.
