湿式电除尘器多污染物协同脱除试验研究

摘要: 介绍了湿式电除尘器性能试验情况,并结合性能试验结果分析了湿式电除尘器多污染物协同脱除性能。结果表明:湿式电除尘器除尘效率达到85%以上,其协同脱除PM2.5、SO3和Hg的脱除效率分别达到了84%、71%和64%以上,PM排放浓度低于5mg/m3,达到了环保标准排放限值。湿式电除尘器对PM2.5、SO3和Hg等污染物的协同脱除能力较强,为多污染物控制技术路线的开发提供了发展方向。

Abstract: Performance tests of WESP were conducted in this work.The multi-pollutant synergistic removal perfor-mance of WESP was analyzed according to the performance test.The results show that the collection efficiency of WESP was above 85%,and the synergistic removal efficien-cy of PM2.5,SO3,Hg was reached above 84%,71% and 64%.PM emission concentration was lower than 5mg/m3,which achieved the environmental protection standard emission lim-its.The direction for the development of multi-pollutant con-trol technology was provided by WESP for advanced syner-gistic removal performance of PM2.5,SO3,Hg.
