火电厂在线化学仪表运行现状分析及维护建议

摘要: 为了摸清火力发电厂化学仪表运行及维护现状,并提高在线化学仪表的准确度和化学监督的技术水平。通过对中国华电集团18家电厂在线化学仪表的管理模式、维护人员的技能水平、在线化学仪表校正前后合格率的对比等多方面进行了实地调查,并针对调查中发现的问题给出了相应管理、维护建议。总之,在线化学仪表存在测量准确度不高的问题,不能满足运行控制和化学监督的要求。

Abstract: In order to find out the operation and maintenance status of chemical instrument in thermal power plant, and improve the accuracy of on-line chemical instruments and the technical level of chemical supervision. The field investigation is carried out on the management model of online chemical instruments, the skill level of maintenance personnel and the comparison of qualification rates before and after correction of on-line chemical instruments in 18 power plants of China Huadian Corporation, the corresponding management and maintenance suggestions are given against the problems found in the investigation. In conclusion, the on-line chemical instruments have the problem of low measurement accuracy and they can not meet the requirements of operation control and chemical supervision.
