杭州某园区楼宇集中空调系统经济性分析

Economic Analysis of the Central Air Condition System for Buildings in a Park at Hangzhou

摘要: 以杭州地区某园区楼宇集中空调系统为研究对象,介绍了具有冷热源模式的集中空调系统的工作原理,将该模式的集中空调系统与常规分散式空调系统的经济性进行对比,可以得出以下结论:采用集中式空调系统能够很好地控制调节系统末端空气性能参数,使其保持在设计值范围内;集中空调系统夏季月份可节约电费29万元,冬季月份可节约电费13.2万元。

Abstract: This article has made a research on central air condition system of a park,the operating principle of the system with cold/heat source also has been introduced. The economic was analysed between the central air condition system and the distributed system. The result showed that: the central air condition system can effectively control the performance parameters of the air in the house within the scope of the design value; meanwhile,the operation cost of the central air condition system can save 0.29 million yuan in the summer season,and 0.132 million yuan in the winter season respectively.
