超临界机组主蒸汽管道P91热压弯头强度分析

摘要: 采用有限元仿真分析方法对某600MW超临界机组主蒸汽管道P91热压弯头进行了强度分析,得到了90°弯头结构在内压作用下的应力分布规律,并依据仿真分析结果选择测点位置,采用电阻应变测量技术对该弯头的应力分布进行了试验测试,测试结果与仿真分析结果吻合度较好,最后采用有限元仿真分析结果对该弯头进行了强度校核。

Abstract: The analysis method of main steam pipeline of P91 hot pressing elbow of a 600 MW supercritical unit strength analysis using finite element simulation,got a 90 degree bend structure under internal pressure stress distribution,and on the basis of the simulation results select the measuring position,the resistance strain measurement technique on the stress distribution of the elbow the test,the test results and the simulation results is better,finally using the finite element simulation results of the bend strength was checked.
