湿法脱硫系统除雾器结垢分析及预防措施

摘要: 某发电公司660MW机组烟气脱硫除雾器结垢事故频发,严重影响机组的正常运行。针对该问题,进行了垢物化验,系统分析了影响除雾器运行的各种因素。由于冲洗不及时,烟气携带的浆液在除雾器叶片间发生了沉积和结晶反应形成的混合垢是脱硫系统除雾器故障的原因,并提出了一系列预防措施。

Abstract: In a power plant,the scaling accident of mist eliminator occured frequently in the 660 MW unit flue gas desulfurization system. The problem had seriously affected the normal operation. To solve this problem, this paper analyzed the scaling samples and the factors which affected the operation of the mist eliminator. It is concluded that the mixed scales formed by the deposition and the crystallization reaction between the flue gas and the slurry. The mixed scales and the washing is not in time are the reasons for the failure of the mist eliminator. For this problem,a series of preventive measures are put forward
