工业烟气CO2的排放特征、测试及捕集技术研究

摘要:

CO2是主要的温室气体,减排CO2应对气候变化已成为国际共识,工业烟气是重要的人为CO2排放源。对工业烟气CO2的排放特征、主要测试及治理技术进行了系统的分析和研究:电力、钢铁、水泥等工业行业排放烟气中CO2浓度分别在9.7%~15%、2%~28%、11%~29%;CO2测试技术主要有非分散红外吸收法、气相色谱法、光谱法、化学吸收法等,其中,非分散红外吸收法在国内外应用最为成熟,是目前主流的固定源CO2测试技术;CO2捕集技术主要有吸收法、吸附法、膜分离法、深冷法等,其中,化学吸收法广泛用于低浓度CO2烟气(体积浓度≤30%)捕集。研究结果可为后续工业大幅降碳提供借鉴。

Abstract:

CO2 is the main greenhouse gas. The reduction of CO2 emissions to cope with climate change has become an international consensus. The industrial flue gas is considered to be an important source of CO2 emissions. The characteristics of industral flue gas CO2 emission, the main test and treatment technology were studied and analyzed. The CO2 concentrations in power plant, steel and cement flue gas are 9.7%-15%, 2%-28% and 11%-29%, respectively. CO2 testing mainly includes non-dispersed infrared absorption method, gas chromatography, spectroscopy, chemical absorption method, etc. Among them, the non-dispersed infrared absorption method is the most mature in application, and is the mainstream fixed source CO2 testing technology at present. CO2 capture technology mainly includes absorption method, adsorption method, membrane separation method and cryogenic method. Among them, the chemical absorption method is widely used for low concentration CO2 capture (volume concentration ≤30%). The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the subsequent large-scale industrial carbon reduction.
