波纹板安全吹灰蒸汽参数分析

Optimization Analysis of Soot Blowing Steam Parameters of Corrugated Plate

摘要:

某厂在检修脱硫烟气-烟气换热器(gas-gas heater,GGH)波纹板时发现大面积损坏,该文主要从现场吹灰及运行条件方面对波纹板的损坏原因进行研究。结果表明:高压蒸汽不宜直接吹灰,安全的吹灰方式为高压蒸汽经过减压变为低压蒸汽后再吹灰。衡量高压蒸汽能否作为波纹板吹灰汽源的标准是其压力不小于0.8 MPa、焓值不小于2 978.4 kJ/kg。研究结果为维持波纹板的寿命起到了良好的促进作用,同时为空气预热器和回转式GGH的安全吹灰提供参考。

Abstract:

The problem of large area damage was analyzed when cleaning and dismantling gas-gas heater(GGH) corrugated plate in a factory. The causes of corrugated plate damage were mainly studied from the field soot and operating conditions. The results show that high pressure steam is not suitable for direct soot blowing, and the safe soot blowing method is decompressing high pressure steam into low pressure steam before soot blowing. High pressure steam with pressure higher than 0.8 MPa, and enthalpy value more than 2 978.4 kJ/kg can be used as the corrugated plate soot source. Research findings would play a positive role in maintaining the life of the corrugated plate and provide reference for safe blowing of air preheater and GGH.
