生物质电厂SO2产排污系数核定的探讨

摘要: 按照《工业污染源产污手册》计算所得生物质电厂SO2预测排放浓度远高于实际排放值。就此问题,对某集团的生物质电厂生物质灰渣特性进行了统计分析,对20台生物质发电机组直排SO2进行预测与实测值对比。在计算SO2产生量时,借鉴燃煤电厂二氧化硫产排污计算方式,SO2的转换系数按照生物质可燃硫比例计算,并考虑自脱硫效率,所得结果更接近于实际排放值。故对《工业污染源产污手册》中界定产排污系数提出商榷建议。

Abstract: Based on The manual for Production of Industrial pollution sources, the calculated value of SO2 emission was much higher than the actual discharge.In the research, the petrographic analysis of biomass fuel was shown, and the calculated value and actual discharge of SO2 emission from twenty biomass power generation units were compared. Reference on the calculation of SO2 emission from coal-fired power plants, the conversion coefficient of SO2 was selected as the proportion of combustible sulfur in biomass,with the desulfurization efficiency considered. The results were more close to the actual discharge. Therefore,some arguments about pollutants generation and discharge coefficient in the manual were put forward.
