亚临界机组提升参数与跨代升级改造方案比较

摘要: 提升参数改造和跨代升级改造是近年亚临界等级机组提效改造研究的热点。通过对比两种改造技术路线方案,对其技术经济性进行了比较分析,结果表明,对于600MW亚临界湿冷纯凝机组,提升参数方案和跨代升级方案分别可降低煤耗至298.67g/(kW·h)、277.3g/(kW·h),但前者改造范围较小、实施工期较短,投资相对较少,技术经济性更优。

Abstract: Increasing parameters for subcritical units upgrade is a hot issue recently as well as cross-generation. By technical and economic comparison between these two retrofitting programs, the result for 600 MW wet cooling subcritical unit shows that the former can reduce coal consumption to 298.67g/(k W·h) while the latter 277.3g/(k W·h).
