Research on Power Generation Technologies for Low-Grade Waste Heat in Nuclear Power Plants
- “In response to the problem of ocean thermal pollution caused by low-grade waste heat emissions from nuclear power plants, efficient solutions were explored to reduce the heat load of ocean discharge. The research progress in the field of waste heat power generation was introduced. The research team established an evaluation system for waste heat utilization in nuclear power plants and verified the hypothesis that the organic Rankine cycle has the best economic performance, providing a solution for solving ocean thermal pollution problems.”
