摘要: 熔盐作为传热蓄热工质,在可再生能源发电及谷电蓄热供热系统中有着重要应用。恒功率加热容易导致电加热器烧毁、熔盐分解等问题,所以熔盐的熔化、防凝都需要恒温电加热系统。本文利用MCGS组态软件和西门子S7-200PLC,将固态继电器、热电阻和电加热器结合,设计了一套电加热器闭环温度PI控制系统。按不同PI整定方法进行实验对比,并加入抗积分饱和和两自由度控制,解决了PI控制器超调与抗干扰矛盾的问题。在超调量大幅减小的同时,实现在干扰条件下熔盐储热系统的温度快速调节且相对稳定的抗干扰功能,从而对熔盐储热电加热器进行温度控制。

Abstract: Molten salt has important applications in renewable energy power generation and energy storage heating system as heat transfer and storage working fluid. As constant power heating can easily lead to the burning of electric heater and the decomposition of molten salt, constant temperature electric heating system is needed for melting and anti-freezing of molten salt system. This papaer use MCGS configuration software and SIEMENS S7-200PLC, combined with solid-state relay (SSR), thermal resistance and electric heater,to design a closed-loop electric heater temperature PI control system. According to different PI tuning methods for experimental comparison, and add anti-integral saturation and two-degrees-of-freedom control, to solve contradictions of the PI controller over-tuning and anti-interference problems. While the over-tuning is greatly reduced, the anti-interference function of the temperature of the molten salt heat storage system under the interference condition is realized, and the temperature control of the molten salt heat storage electric heater is carried out.
