考虑水电外送、负荷中心功能属性的区域电网规划方法

摘要: 随着我国电力事业的迅速发展,我国的电网网架结构趋于复杂化。通过对实际电网的分析,提出电网具有水电外送、负荷中心这2个功能属性,同时探讨水电外送、负荷中心功能属性对电网网架结构的影响,构建相应的网架优化模型。提出利用Matlab和PSD-BPA联合仿真求解的方法,对具有高属性的水电外送、中属性的负荷中心的宜昌电网进行实例分析,结果表明,利用功能属性优化模型的网架结构指标更优,从而提供一种考虑水电外送、负荷中心功能属性的区域电网规划方法。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's power industry, China's power grid structure tends to be complicated. Based on the analysis of the actual power grid, this paper proposed that the power grid has two functional attributes of hydropower transmission and load center. At the same time, it discussed the influence of the functional attributes of hydropower transmission and load center on the grid structure, and constructed the corresponding grid optimization model. In this paper, a joint simulation method based on Matlab and PSD-BPA was proposed to analyze Yichang power grid with high-attribute hydropower transmission and medium-attribute load center. The results show that the grid structure index of the functional attribute optimization model is better, which provides a regional power grid planning method considering the functional attributes of hydropower transmission and load center.
